1. Service
PinYourself provides paid, ranked digital placement for a user-submitted comment and optional Instagram links. Entry starts at ₹1. Paying more may improve rank, but visibility, clicks, followers, sales or any other result are not guaranteed.
2. Payment and final sale
You approve the exact amount displayed before payment. Once a pin is published, the digital placement service begins immediately and the sale is final. No change-of-mind refund is offered. This does not limit any non-waivable right under Indian law, including remedies for duplicate, unauthorised or failed transactions or a proven deficiency in service.
3. Your licence and responsibility
You retain rights in your comment and grant PinYourself a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, format, display and create share cards from it for operating and promoting the service. You confirm that your content and links are lawful and that you have permission to submit them.
4. Moderation
The platform owner has sole administrative control over pin moderation. Content may be removed under the Rules or applicable law. Removal for a rules violation does not create a refund entitlement except where required by law.
5. Availability and liability
The service may be interrupted, changed or discontinued. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected placement. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
6. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Indian law. Courts with jurisdiction over the operator’s registered place of business will have jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer-forum rights.
Before paid launch
The operator’s legal name, complete business address, customer-care contact and designated grievance contact must be inserted here before accepting real payments. This draft is general compliance wording, not a substitute for advice from an Indian lawyer.
